Robot deburring and polishing machine
This model is the basic configuration of a complex die casting deburring machine. The robot polishing room ensures safe operation and no dust is discharged during polishing. The material box is equipped with AB alternating loading and unloading equipment that does not stop. The polishing worktable is equipped with multiple floating spindles and sand belt polishing spindles. The equipment is equipped with a safety door, electromagnetic safety protection switch, and communicates with the whole machine PLC to ensure personnel operation safety. Economic sheet metal deburring machine
This model has the economical configuration of a sheet metal deburring machine. During operation, the dual power heads work. The first power head removes burrs from laser cutting or stamping, while the second power head removes sharp edges and forms uniform rounded corners.
