Design and Technology

The machine’s conveyor feeds each part through a sequence of sanding and brush stations. Each head applies controlled pressure and speed to match material hardness and burr size. The wet system reduces heat, eliminates dust, and stabilizes surface consistency. 

The conveyor absorbs vibration and keeps the part level, so both sides maintain the same geometry and finish quality. 

A demagnetizing module reduces residual magnetism to prevent sticking during downstream inspection or assembly.
