Conveyorized Washer
The PROMAX Conveyorized Washer is a fully automated cleaning system designed for continuous, high-throughput industrial environments.
It uses a multi-stage configuration including prewash, main wash, rinse, and drying to remove oil, grease, chips, and dust from workpieces of different shapes and materials.
High-pressure multi-angle spray nozzles, combined with a recirculating filtration system, ensure deep cleaning with no dead zones, even in blind holes and complex geometries.

Design and Technology
Workpieces travel through the cleaning chamber on a chain or mesh conveyor at a controlled speed to ensure consistent exposure to each stage.
The washer uses heated cleaning liquids, high-pressure spray, optional ultrasonic action, and forced-air drying to achieve thorough cleaning.
The recirculating system filters contaminants continuously, extending solution life and reducing environmental impact.
Its modular construction allows the machine to be adapted to different production line requirements.
